We want you to be happy with your purchase from LAMPONE KIDS.

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is also required.

To request a return, please contact us at info@lamponekids.com before sending any items back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, worn, or used.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@lamponekids.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please contact us. Depending on availability, we will provide instructions for the exchange or return.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
